Terms & Conditions

All goods are sold and contracts concluded subject to our Standard Conditions of Sales as set out below.

No variation of the contract or of these conditions is of any effect unless accepted by us in writing.

Delivery Charges

U.K – Carriage paid on all orders over £300 after discount, and excluding VAT.

Europe – Carriage paid on all orders over €500 after discount.

Methods of payment

Bank Transfer – details will be supplied on request.

Credit Facilities are available on completion of our Credit Application Form and satisfactory references.

Payment Terms strictly 30 days net from invoice date.

Please Note

Sign the delivery note only for the number of cartons received.

All claims regarding shortages, non-delivery, damaged and faulty goods must be made in writing, within 10 days of invoice date otherwise claims will not be recognised.

Any New Year kits bought after the 1st of October on Airfreight will be subject to 20% surcharge.

No goods sent on approval, all samples will be invoiced at list prices.

All prices are exclusive of VAT and are subject to change without notice.

Title to Goods

The goods shall remain our sole and absolute property as legal and equitable owners until such time as you have paid the agreed price in full, together with the full price of any other goods that are subject to any other contract with the company.

We may for purposes of recovery of our goods enter upon any premises where they may be stored or where they are reasonably thought to be stored and may repossess the same.
